Nixon Central was an exciting new development for Kingsland, located a stone’s throw to the shops, train station, and Nixon Park. The boutique development was designed by PBA Architects, comprising 16 x 2 bedroom apartments, a small ground floor commercial unit, and 21 car parks. The project was developed in partnership with Southside Group and was a resounding success – it sold out before construction commenced, was completed in 12 months to a very high quality by Clearwater Construction, with all purchasers very happy.
