Purchased in September 2017 in partnership with Southside Group, 100 Symonds Street had an existing 7 level office building, and 98 Symonds was a vacant site used for car parking but which had the potential develop a new building. We immediately signed a new 10 year lease on the building at 100 Symonds St, and developed plans for a residential tower on 98 Symonds St. The properties were sold in 2018.
