29 Sistema Way is a 1.2ha site located adjacent to Auckland Airport. Sitting alongside the award winning Sistema manufacturing facility, it also adjoins Auckland Airport’s ‘The Landing Business Park’, which is one of New Zealand’s leading business parks.

The property was subdivided into 2 lots. Lot 1 (4,500sqm) was sold, and on the balance (Lot 2) we developed a 4,054sqm warehouse with 1,171sqm canopy, 260sqm office, and 23 car parks.

The development was leased to a logistics business and sold to a private investor.
