In partnership with Southside Group, Dryden Property, and Arcus Property, Belterra purchased this large 5,224 sqm site located on the ridgeline at the intersection of Remuera Rd, Meadowbank Rd and St Johns Rd. Designed by Monk Mackenzie Architects, Soto was a high quality residential development comprising 58 apartments and 7 exclusive townhouses. The development was designed to capitalise on the site’s northern aspect with stunning views, and close proximity to shops and transport networks. The development was put on hold following the residential market downturn and years later sold to another developer.
